(Washington, D.C.)  –The Office of Police Complaints (OPC) today announced three organizations - Gays and Lesbians Against Violence (GLOV), Office on Asian Pacific and Islander Affairs (APIA), and The Washington Legal Clinic for the Homeless as the first official partners of its new Community Partnership Program.
