The Office of Police Complaints issues an annual report on the Metropolitan Police Department's (MPD) use of force in the District each fiscal year, which highlights the policies, procedures, and practices regarding MPD's officer use of force.  In addition, the report includes data on all types of force incidents involving MPD officers.
