Executive Director Blogs About Disorderly Conduct

Wednesday, June 30, 2010

(Washington, DC) Executive Director Philip K. Eure of the District of Columbia’s Office of Police Complaints (OPC) was recently invited by the American Constitution Society for Law and Policy (ACS) to blog about disorderly conduct arrests.

Eure’s blog submission, entitled “Police Oversight Agencies are Well-Suited to Address ‘Contempt of Cop’ Arrests,” appeared on ACS’s website on June 23, 2010.

ACS is a non-partisan, non-profit think tank based in Washington, DC, and describes itself as promoting the US Constitutional values of “individual rights and liberties, genuine equality, access to justice, democracy and the rule of law.”
